Having several weapons in Resident Evil Requiem does not mean you should simply use whichever gun deals the most damage. When playing as Leon S. Kennedy, choosing the right weapon for the distance, enemy type, and available ammunition can make combat much more efficient.
The goal is to avoid spending valuable ammunition on situations that could have been handled with cheaper options.
