The watch features an 18K white gold case measuring 40.2 mm by 12.08 mm. The center of the dial displays a street map of Milan’s city center in Grand Feu cloisonné enamel, with the Duomo (Milan Cathedral) at its heart. The "Daytime" version outlines the streets in white enamel and depicts the city's terracotta rooftops in a light red hue.

A small "AP" mark on the dial points to the studio of enamel artist Anita Porchet. A pusher at the 2 o'clock position allows for one-hour increments of adjustment.
